Which areas do you cover?

Folkestone, Hythe and the nearby surrounding areas of South East Kent. I grew up in Hythe so I know the local roads — and the best ones for learner drivers — very well.

How much are lessons?

Weekly lessons start from £40 per hour, and intensive courses run from £600 for a 15-hour test booster up to £1,200 for a 30-hour course. Test fees are not included in the course prices.

Are you a qualified instructor?

Yes — I am a Fully Qualified Government Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

How long should each lesson be?

Lessons can be anywhere between one and two hours to fit around your schedule. I normally recommend a two hour lesson each week for the best results.

I’m a really nervous driver. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Whether you’re a nervous driver or the next Lewis Hamilton, I’d love to hear from you. A lot of my pupils came to me anxious about driving and left as confident, independent drivers.

How do I book my first lesson? To confirm

Give me a call or send a message using the contact form and I’ll get back to you to arrange a first lesson at a time that suits you.

What happens if I need to cancel a lesson? To confirm

Just let me know as far in advance as you can and we’ll rearrange — I’d rather move a lesson than have you sit through one when it isn’t working for you.

Do you help with the theory test? To confirm

I can point you at the right practice material and we’ll cover the theory topics as they come up in your lessons, but the theory test itself is booked and sat separately through the DVSA.
